Thanks for stopping by. Here at Black Rock Reptiles we have a love of producing what we consider to be natures most misunderstood gems (reptiles). Our breeding program is designed to produce animals of the best color, and that have a strong feeding response from the start. Our lines are well outcrossed using bloodlines from the most respected breeders to ensure a genetically diverse colony and eliminate inbreeding. Our larger projects that are featured on the site are species that we began working with when we entered the hobby eight years ago. We do have other projects that are smaller and have not made there way to the website as of yet, but keep an eye out for these in the upcoming seasons, you may be surprised to see what directions we are going.
We also have a passion to gain and share information on our animals including genetics and general husbandry. Kids do you need an idea for a research project?
