Guarantees
We offer a 7 day health guarantee. Any problems noticed with the animal with in the first seven days of arrival must be reported immediately in order for an exchange to take place if necessary. Most problems can be corrected with simple advice from the seller.
All animals are healthy and feeding well at the time of shipment.
Snakes have eaten consistently at least three times,unless otherwise stated.
DOA (dead on arrival)
DOA's (Dead on Arrival) must be reported with in 24 hours of the delivery time via phone or email. The seller (Black Rock Reptiles) has the right to require a photo or the return of the Dead animal(s) as viewed necessary by the seller.
Returns
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the animal(s) you ordered you can return it/them (shipping is at the buyers cost) for a refund of the animals purchase price (not including shipping), or in exchange for another animal of equal value, it may also be used as a credit towards a future purchase (shipping will be charged again). If the returned animal is DOA (Dead on Arrival), and it is due to less than suitable packing on the return shipment the refund may be revoked at the discretion of the seller.
Shipping
All shipping costs will be assumed by the purchaser shipping will range from $50 to $100 depending on distance and size of the package. Temperatures must be between 50 and 90 degrees in both the departure and the arrival locations and if applicable any transfer locations. Animals will be housed by us for free until conditions are suitable for shipment.
Payment
We except credit cards through Paypal for online purchases and through our terminal at shows, Checks, and money orders. Full payment must be received before the shipment will take place. Checks must clear the bank.
Deposits/Payment Plans
To hold an animal we require 25% of the animals price up front. The buyer will be given one month to make another payment with the minimum being 25% to hold the animal for another month a four month payment plan. If payment is not received the animal will be put back up for sale. All Payments are non-refundable.
To make it easier for those of us with out huge budgets for snake purchases, who still want some of those expensive morphs. We are willing to work out specific payment plans on a case by case basis.
