This was the first captive species I ever worked with. I love the variability and the purity of this species. Working with the true genetic morphs is where my passion for breeding began. Below is a sampling of the varieties we are working with.

Desert Phase:
The desert phase California King is a black and white snake it is not a geneticly inheritable morph, but instead a selectivly bred naturaly ocuring color phase. We selectivly breed our stock to cary the purest white.
Blue-eyed Blond:
This morph is a form of Hypomelanism, meaning that it reduces the amount of black or brown pigment. We are aiming for a high contrast, clean, and vairiable line.
Reverse Stripe project: We are working to develop our own line that is pure white and carries a solid black stripe from neck to tail.

We are updating this page photos of all animals will be added soon.
50/50s and High whites: These two line bred morphs are realy one in the same. Though there are Localities that show an incriese in the width of the white bands the vast majority of the animals in this catagory seen for sale are from a line breeding effort to decrese the amount of black.
50/50 Male
Chocolate or Hypermelonistic:
The chocolate morph is a two tone or patternless brown animal. The patterned individuals show a darkend or muddy apearance to the pattern.
T- Albino:
The Amelonistic king is pink at haching and with age the skin thickens to make the animal appear white. Most comonly they will show a yellow pattern. Desert phase individulas are also available with white pattern. Identified by pink eyes.
Hypo:
The hypo California king is light brown and yellow or white snake.
T+ Albino:
This is one of my personal faivorites. They have a great purple background color with yellow or white markings and ruby colored eyes.
